On 04.04.2026, an unknown person misused myname and identity and contacted my known person Shree Vijay Panday, falselystating that I was in a hospital and urgently needed money while standingoutside a blood bank.Believing this false information, he transferred money tothe fraudster in two transactions2,000 at approximately 0229 PM3,000 at approximately 0244 PMTotal amount involved is 5,000.The amount wastransferred to UPI ID 7229921418kotakbankThe mobile number used for thefraud call is 9929209686I would like to state that I have no involvement in thisfraudulent activity and my name has been misused without my knowledge.
