RV Enterprises - Kitchen Appliance Repair Scam

We availed a service from RV Enterprises for repair of a dishwasher. Product was taken for "repair" to Yeshwantpur/Mathikere (where their supposed workshop is at) Turns out nothing was done. The interiors were still messy and unwashed, and the device was not changed which we confirmed with an authorised technician. The supposed company charged for a motor and dispenser, and asked us to buy a softener (marked up as well) The company is also not responsive and took ages to revert. We cornered the technician telling we will pay for visiting charges, and made him pay back the money.
