"Sangam Rishta" Scam.
They contacted me via Instagram, claimed they had a bride from Angul, Odisha, demanded ₹3,500 as a registration fee through a UPI QR code, and refused to let us speak in Odia. The bride's photo was found publicly available on Pinterest, raising serious concerns about the authenticity of the profile. Use extreme caution and do not send money without independent verification.
