I apply a loan online..2 days before the due date I made my payments in their app... I follow the guidelines how to pay... idk wat happened why I still have outstanding balance even I made the payments... now they still forcing me and treathen me to pay for it.. I want explaination why dis happened...is it my fault or theirs?
