They say you've earned a chance to receive free cash from the government ("mtukula pa khomo"). It's a scam. Never call them back. If you do, they'll start asking for your personal details, such as your PIN and other mobile money information. Once you share those details, your mobile wallet could be emptied. Stay alert and don't share your personal or financial information with anyone over the phone.

don't pay any amount to otta radio, they will call and say we found the mobile, they using last 4 number. after you paid 1500 no one reply and mobile number will switch off.
