Hi yes I'm getting these calls too. I also simply blocked them. Some websites point it as a possible government site in Sri Lanka but it's vague so likely a scam.

They pretend that the laboratory is owned by a doctor who is well-known in the television field, but shortly after, that is a lie. The worst part is that they do not have sanitary registration, and in Arcsa, that laboratory is listed as canceled.
