scam by shein india app expressbees

A website/ There is an APP from which I have received 3 messages today regarding delivery, order, online shopping but I did not place anything, still about the even US APP, so I came to know today about the Shine India APP I don't know what is happening, who is my number. I did it in placing the order, due to which I am getting messages out of if delivery.
