  I live in the Phoenix area. I get calls like that too. They're home investors looking to score cheep deal. I've gotten offers from them before, they're offers are always $100,000 to $150,000 below market value.

  I got the same call today saying he's been looking at my house asking if I'm selling my house. I said NO. then he asks if I have any properties for sale. that's when I hung up
