Scam from Axis credit card limit increase and benifit offers

i had call from axis [PHONE] from this number and he offers me to get your credit card limit increase and with additional benifits also ask to open Axis Bank and limit check after that he send a form link in text msg and he told to fillup form ok call which credit card details with CVV and also OTP (OTP request for transaction ₹49999) so I was alert and stop this procedure on the spot and immediately call axis help line number and block and replacement request for my credit card.
