scam number

I got this link from an advertisement on Instagram in which after logging in, a lion's option appeared and a new number appeared and I sent it. My number went to a scammer. He insisted on asking for money from me. I apologized to him, yet he threatened me and said that you are the owner of this app. You are frauding me. I said that brother, I am not the owner of this app, still he told me, I also apologized to him many times, in the end I blocked him. Then he called from my number, I apologized to him many times, still he hacked my mobile.
