Scam of Scholarship..

I got this Message but while reading I found out that this message is of by Brother college which is an Engeneering College but I did not understand that if a scholarship amount is credited that message should be go to my Brother and on my Brother Mobile no. because it is linked to his account and I also asked my brother that any as been credited to your account And he said is NO.. That means this Fraud.. I do not want to make it social but want to give alert to call Student's who are Joining Scholarship.. Be Alert Guy's.. Because education System also Scam..
