Scam Or?

"Hello! On the 5th of this month, I purchased a Jio SIM card from a registered and verified store, and I have the bill and other documents as proof. However, this morning around 9:00 to 10:00 AM, I received a call from the number [PHONE]. The unknown person on the line first asked me where the call had connected. I told them the name of my city. They then told me that this SIM card was previously used in many criminal activities and requested me to get it blocked. They also mentioned that they could see my location, but they did not give my exact location—they just said they knew where I was and insisted I block the SIM. I should mention that on my phone, the number was showing as 'Likely: Nitu Devi,' but when I searched for it on Truecaller, it showed the name 'Azad.' Additionally, I have received 2 to 3 calls from this exact same number before, but I spoke with an unknown woman. Today, however, I spoke to a man from that same number who told me all of this. I request you all to help me and guide me on what I should do next."
