scam or not?

⚠️ Has this happened to you too? A woman stopped me today and asked to use my phone "just for one quick call." She dialed [PHONE]. Within seconds, I got this SMS: "Thanks for contacting HUL. Use coupon ****** to avail discount. By sharing, you confirm you are 18+ & agree to HUL comms. Visit www.unilevernotices.com" She then tried to take a photo of the message on my screen. I took my phone back before she could.
