  this is a 50-50 question, might be a scam and might not be a scam , so the probability of each is once again 50% , scam's side being 50% and not a scam's side being 50%. and since it might be both , I'll choose one , and i say it is a scam , if i am right then it's 51% and 49% respectively to the question you asked which is "Scam or Not?" . which is both your title and your context .
