Frankly and respectfully speaking, the crime branch doesn't care about such a small amount of money. That, and recovering scammed money that too of a such a small amount is just close to impossible because the money has probably already been spent. the crime branch would focus more on money with bigger amounts like 50k+. it's not impactful to their image. Tens of thousands of people lose money of this kind of amount everyday. Truecaller itself is full of them. Which is why they can't go around helping everybody who has been scammed.
