Scam via link

It was 2019 when I was scammed. So what happened was I reported a complaint to SEBI regarding a scam on stock exchange. Then after some day a call came by saying that they are from SEBI team they want to verify my account then only they can do something. They sent me a link and ask for Otp. Then what ? IYKYK. I am also a software engineer. I researched and found out the contact anyhow but that was useless for me. They were having connection from Kolkata and Bengaluru.
