scamer got scam by a scammer

a scammer call on my dad(a retired professional scammer) he ask about if my dad wants to win a trip to Japan and my dad said I would love to but I don't have your WhatsApp and the scammer give their WhatsApp not knowing my dad could just give the number to a past mad victim that my dad scam
