  First of all you need to go to the police station to make an affidavit that fraud took place on your account. Then with those papers you need to go to your bank and ask them to cancel the debit order and open a fraud case. Let them make a COPY of your affidavit. NEVER give your original papers. Also get a copy of the paperwork from your bank. The original affidavit and copy of the bank papers you keep as evidence. Then you need to go to your cell phone service provider with the affidavit and copy of the bank papers and lay a charge of fraud with them. Make sure you have paperwork from all three places which you need to keep safe in a file.

  Call their landline number on the paper they gave you and tell the agent on the phone you want to cancel the contract agreement. Then go to your banking app and dispute the debit order with the selecting the reason "cancelled"
