Scammed by a Facebook Marketplace seller

I came across one listing for silver embedded bangles (sankha and pola - white conch bangles and red coral bangles with silver embedding). As i asked for the availability and price, one selker named 'Nancy Chatterjee' stated the price and gave me her whatsapp number and asked me to message there. I added the number and chatted with her, about the price and delivery. I was convinced about the products and the price was okay, so i wanted to buy on Cash on Delivery. She mentioned COD was not available completely, i could pay half the price as prepaid and the rest i could pay after receiving the order. So I placed an order, and paid ₹ 1600 as my total was ₹ 3000. She said i would receive thr products in 3 days, but after 2 days she said, there is an offer as my order price is ₹ 3000, such customers will avail a 2000 ₹ product in less price of ₹ 800. So if i wanted it I can avail it. I liked the product and paid again ₹ 800. She said you will get all the products in 4 to 7 days. I waited, even after 7 days wheni did not receive the parcel I continuously started messaging and calling her. There was no response. One day suddenly she picked up the call,I was very angry and was asking about my parcel, she said the person who delivers only COD orders and collects the cash has met an accident so she will not be able to send my order through COD, i have to pay the remaining amount and convert it parcel into a prepaid parcel. During that time I was just thinking of receiving my parcel so after thinking a bit i paid the remaining ₹1400. She confirmed m6 parcel would reach in 3 days now, but after that there is no reply from her side. I have send endless messages and calls, but no help.
