This person is the scammer from Marketplace. Note down the number shown in the screenshots and never send anything via Flota or any delivery service, that's the most basic rule.

There is a guy on Tiktok calling himself Cereals Uganda but his names are Kakaire Yusuf. The guy lies to people that they should join his trading group in Cereals but after subscription and sending money for purchase he blocks you and that's it.
