This person messages me on Instagram saying they need help with money. They ask to call or message this number, but when messaged, they say you have to pay a fee and claim they are from the government. However, the documents are fake, they use different names and different numbers. This ID number is under different names, the photos are different, everything is different. It's a fake person with one number. File a complaint against him as much as possible.
