Scammed R7 200

They posed themselves as travel agencies, after I paid the full amount they started by ignoring my messages that I was sending to them. When I asked about the reservation of the hotel they sent me a typed documents not the 1 everyone receives after making a payment for booking and when I requested the email that the hotel sent they just ignored me. I asked to cancel and get my money back and they just kept on ignoring me. At 1st they were working as MSC cruise agency now they told my friend that they are from Agoda and they gave him a different email address than the one I had.
