I would like to share my experience with Raghav Mittal, who sells smartwatches, earbuds, headphones, and other electronic gadgets online. I purchased a product from him after being assured that it was genuine and covered by warranty. I was also informed that replacement support would be available if the item arrived damaged or defective. However, the product I received did not match the description that was provided before purchase. When I contacted him regarding the issue and requested a replacement or refund, my concerns were not resolved. I was informed that refunds were not available. I also asked for proof of previous successful customer experiences, but no such information was provided. Instead of addressing my complaint, communication became unprofessional, and I was eventually blocked. Based on my personal experience, I would advise potential buyers to exercise caution, verify product details carefully before making payment, and keep records of all conversations and transactions. This review reflects my own experience and is shared to help other consumers make informed decisions.
