SCAMMER

I was talking to someone on TikTok who pretended to be a real "Tito Ming" selling cellphones and doing affiliate marketing. I thought he was genuine, but turned out a scammer. At first we chatted and he responded by congratulating me and saying he would send me a cellphone. I didn’t suspect anything at first. Then he asked for my WhatsApp account, and in my desperation to get a free phone I gave it to him. He wasn’t just a scammer, he was a poser who really deceived people. I later found out I wasn’t the only victim, he has scammed others too. So we moved to WhatsApp. I was so shocked and excited about getting a phone that I gave him PHP 200 for a supposed deposit. He then asked for more money, claiming it was for delivery. That’s when I became suspicious and realized it was probably a scam, but it was already too late, I had already sent the money. I had saved that money, so I lost something I’d been collecting toward a goal. He told me to be patient and said he would return the money. But the “proof” he sent was a fake GCash transaction. I wanted to find out who was behind this because I don’t want this to happen to others. I want to report him, people who are struggling and looking for free things deserve better.
