I wanted a slipper I saw on their tiktok page and wanted to purchase it. They requested for payment before delivery and up until now almost a week the item has not come. when I called they aren't answering so I used a different number and they responded

I suffered a similar fate. When l paid they blocked me. When I used a different number they picked it. I reported to MTN it took them 3 days to respond that the person had withdrawn the money. That was all that MTN could do.

I think some of you have lost the right to complain about scam. how do you forward money to a person you don't know ? you give them a reason to continue with their criminal acts

but why would you hide the number. Shouldn't it be public for others to know them in other not to fall victim?
