Attempted fraud

This is a scammer impersonating a security official and asking for golden card information. Beware.

Someone has accessed my Instagram accounts and is blocking them. Whenever I request a code, it is sent to someone else. I want a solution to this problem.

I don't know how this happened, but I want to cancel this matter.
