⚠️ Buyer Beware: My Experience with BindassBooks.in I want to share my personal experience so others can be cautious. • Ordered books on 30 May 2026. • Paid ₹3,809 in advance through Paytm UPI. • Order [TXN_ID] stuck in "Not Picked Up" status and was later marked "Cancelled". • It has now been over 2 months, but I have not received my refund. • Despite repeated emails and WhatsApp messages, I have received no satisfactory response. • I filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No. 9489446), and I am pursuing the matter further. I am sharing this to make other buyers aware. Please exercise caution before making advance payments. If anyone has faced a similar issue or has successfully obtained a refund from BindassBooks.in, please share your experience or advice.
