Scammer on the name of MGL

received whatsapp apk file from one number and call from other number. The caller is a man asking to update reading (Maharashtra Gas Limited)MGL and make a payment of Rs.10/-. However once you download the link it controls your mobile phone and after one transaction it keeps sending 5-6 otp for deductions. This is a big scam and the apk file was received on my mother's whatsapp number.
