Scammers in the name of balance transfer

I received a message yesterday claiming that the balance in my account is more than Rs 10,232 and And available balance 31060There are Rs. left. At the end the name of some RCM company is written. I did not open this link but I am unable to understand what it is and whether I should open it or not.
