Scams being done in Hyderabad

I personally want to share an incident happened at Hyderabad where we were searching for a single room in gated community with full furnished and accordingly through the account of No broker we got a one with a direction to call upon his mobile number. Once we came in contact through the mobile number provided the so called house owner accepted and sechudled a visit and demanded to pay Rs 2000 as token money and Rs 1860 for rent agreement and other paper formalities. I asked him to provide his bank account number so to transfer the said amount. After payment we were supposed to visit him on the next day but all of a sudden he made a message to me that due to his brother met with an accident he had left immediately to Gujarat to attend his brother. I agreed and as per his request made a satisfaction for next week but after the dead line he made lame excuses and just started to explain his fabricated stories. I immediately responded and made the process to do the legal action through police by sending him the notification and in turn he requested not to do any police action and promised to refund my money and accordingly he transferred the same to me. Here I want to caution everyone that it is a routine process of fradulers in Hyderabad so never transfer any kind of amount.
