Scholarship Fraud

Yesterday they call my uncle as Professor Harun Sir(MC College, Sylhet) for HSC scholarship and wanted a visa card number. He has no card so requested me to share my card number. It was not mine. I'm using my mother's visa card. So they wanted her number to confirm the transaction. Then asked her to check the text and confirm it. As she has little experience about scam, she provided all of the informations as they required. In the evening, I went to withdraw some money from the card and shocked. Previous balance was More than 1 Lak but I got the balance only 11,900. That time I understood the actual situation. If I had true caller in that time, maybe I could identify the scammer.
