I have been receiving calls from the numbers 47003313, 25395250, 25395280, 25395295, many times, up to 3 times a day.
I didn't answer him; it could be a scam and you would waste time listening to excuses to give him information.
The same thing was happening to me, but luckily I have Truecaller which blocks unwanted or unknown calls.
Just block the numbers.
