sham scam or spam

Be very careful with the side group called Cellco. It's a group connected with Verizon or so it says when they call you cell and leave you a message. I wasn't able to understand the lady's message other than saying " love you bye." I looked up Cellco and they're going through Columbus Georgia but their headquarters is South Africa. Who leaves a message that sounds personal but is a telemarketing group or worse.
