  Hey listen to me, it's not a scam, it's just them advertising their products or their website to you, they do this if u have visited and linked your number to one of their websites. Thats why they went you this. For example, try using another website and add your number and you will get a message like this. Just to be safe, don't link your number to other websites which you don't feel safe
