Smart Mop by Caspian

the ads for smart mop pop up on Facebook and Instagram.. I checked the company, it seems legit and founder been on sharktank. so I ordered one mop for Rs 3099 on 10th Feb, today it's 10th May yet it has been not delivered. I have sent so many emails to company but no reply..called thier number..many times it is switched off and when on nobody answers. it looks like this company is collecting money but not delivering goods on purpose of defrauding customers.

always check other reviews and only order from trusted apps like amazon, never ig or Facebook. 80% of ur are scams
