Snapdeal is committing fraud

I had ordered shoes from Snapdeal. But ladies' shoes were delivered to me. And I am putting a request to return, I have complained many times, but I am not getting any response and I am saying again and again that put this pick, put that pick, according to me, I have put at least four or five times, five or six times. It's been 17 days... Snapdeal people are committing fraud, brother... I ordered shoes of 1537.
