Someone Fraud
Where do these fraudsters get our names and numbers? They also tell us the names of some friends, saying, "You know this person, you know that person." All our data is then sold.I think they find out from social media who our friends are, who commented, whom we replied to, so the government should pay attention to this.

No, some apps (like Google) take your data and sell them to third-parties (other companies). Many websites that ask for your name, email, etc also sell your data. then the third parties start sending you emails to promote their product or try to call you. Sometimes the third-parties sell them AGAIN to call centers, scammers or other companies that take your information and use it against you.
