Spam Call from IOAG

Apeeson from IOAG called saying ur conn etion bill is pending. You want toncontinue or not. I said pipeline hasn't reached my fakt yet. He said download the file and continue as i say. The file name is IOAG BILL UPDATE.apk He was guiding me in phone.I even recorded some of his conversation by audio and video recording. The he said i download and it was an app BILL UPDATE. The file repeated asked for update which i did. It hinted me that he is a scramer who is telling his correct name as highlighted in the WhatsApp msg as Ranjeet Mishra from Ahmedabad but wrongly on the true caller name as Farukh. [PHONE] Later i confirmed from IOAG people from their customer care and they said we don't tell our client to download such files. It's a spam.
