Spoofing (identity theft only the number)

If calls are made from my number associated with this account, please understand that I am a victim of spoofing, and I am not the one making the calls. However, all returned calls and messages come back to me. This issue has already been reported to Claro's PQR and also through a complaint to the prosecutor's office. Please do not return the calls or answer them, as this is the work of third parties.
