stil getting blocked calls

Numbers that has been reported as scam/spam which are not suppose to call still keep calling and it comes through . I once blocked scam call that truecaller has received many reports from , but unfortunately the same number is still able to call me irrespective of the fact that I'm a premium subscriber something must be done about that once a number is reported and blocked it should not be able to call even if as premium subscribers we don't have internet connection
