Stole my brother's Phone. But get caught with his real phone number.

Yesterday my brother loat his phone. I was trying to call his number since last night but none received. this morning i got a call from this number and asked me why i am calling back to back i didn’t even call this number i was calling my brother. then i asked him is this from Shaistaganj, Habiganj, Sylhet, Bangladesh. He hang up on my face and blocked my numver. After that i tried to call my brother's phone number and it was switch off. From there i understood this is the guy who stole my brother's phone.
