Suspicious Call – Possible Scam or Spoofed Number

I received a call from 03400578137. The caller spoke casually and asked how I was. When I asked who he was, he said, “You don't even recognize me anymore?” and then disconnected the call. When I tried calling back, the call wouldn't go through. Calling from another number also indicated that the number didn't exist. Has anyone else received a call from this number? Does anyone know who this could be or what kind of call this was?

yeah , same one week back, and person how can i get forget himso early, very strange it is. i asked 3 times the name n then when he continued , i disconnected the call on 26 secs. there purpose is to engage us on call for specific time till they can hack phone or whatsapp
