Suspicious whatsapp message claiming to be from SdM office

I received a suspicious WhatsApp message from an unknown number claiming to be from the SDM office. It included a PDF titled “BLO & Supervisor Change Order” and asked me to join and submit a joining report. I believe this may be an impersonation scam.
