Swiggy App Swiggy store

I ordered a Gumboot product on July 27 but it has not been delivered to me. There is no helpline or customer care number for the Swiggy store or Swiggy app. I am waiting and watching when my product will arrive. I raised a ticket but did not get a callback. The seller on the Swiggy app and Swiggy store app is fraudulent.
