Tailor scam on WhatsApp: paid 22k for sewing, never delivered

I was scammed 22k by one tailor, he used to post on it's tailoring work on it's WhatsApp status and I messaged him that I want to do sew cloth and told him that he'll help me buy the materials and sew it for and he told me the price is 30k and I negotiate with him and he said will collect 26k, so ask him about the measurement and he said I should send my photo in full so once he see it he will know the measurement and I was doubting it and he told me I should worry, so I said okay, I sent him 22k that he should start working on it, I asked him when will you done sewing the and he said in one week time and okay because I'm wearing it to an occasion after that one week, I told him that, So one week pass I dey text this guy and started giving and excuses till he disappointed me so I later called the guy that referred him to me and guy to me that the is not a good person that it's owning him 30k already I con shout say he don scam me and the guy told that we will gather find and collect everything from him.
