Tax Resolution Scam
The actual number that came up on the caller ID (980) [PHONE] and this is the voice-mail they left. I was reviewing your file today, and I noticed there may be resolution options available that could help reduce a portion of your current tax debt. Call me at [PHONE]. There is a way to help address certain penalties, interest, or a portion of the tax balance owed. I can't determine exactly what options may apply until I verify a few details with you, but I wanted to reach out before the current review period expires. Tax balances can continue to increase over time if left unresolved, which is why I wanted to speak with you directly. Call me at [PHONE].

I keep getting these calls too, same as comments from all. I can't file taxes, I am on disability I do not have a job. ever since I downloaded this app here, truecaller, I put to block all spam numbers and it actually worked and I set myself the numbers that are safe for what I expect like my Dr's, etc. this app, truecaller, it is the best. try the paid version for more features. Truecaller does everything best with scam calls blocking and letting you know. I recently went 1 level down from the tough protecting of identifying all spam calls and I still don't get any including the tax calls. ooo, weird of me to say I included the assistant feature, that helped too because it sends who you are not sure of and they either hang up or you have the option to block right there depending on what they are saying so you choose whether safe or not.
