Telegram scam

I downloaded telegram app which is owned by Abena Mensah,for some past days ago and it was saying that if you deposit amount of (450 Ghana cide's) you automatically pay in returns of (12000 Ghana cide's) between in the space of 3 hours, after I deposited my money 20 minutes later a message pop on my screen confirming to me of winning a sum (1,330,000 Ghana cide's) and they told me to pay another (2,300 Ghana cide's) as clearance fees. up till now I have not heard from them.
