This two people are scammers who called to effect monies into friends mobile accounts.

This gentleman, Seidu Mustapha, a fraudsters claiming to work for the mobile company affiliated to the American Embassy in Accra with his accomplice One Sandra. They demand payment fee for a code before the transfer could be effected.
