Trying to buy a farm,animals,implants with fake money transfers

URGENT SCAM WARNING – PLEASE BE AWARE ⚠️ I am posting this as a warning to other property owners, agents, businesses and members of the public. We recently dealt with a person presenting himself as Petrus Hendrik van Rooyen, associated with Pompie Plaas, Edenburg, Free State with contact number 0791570404 Based on our experience, we have serious concerns regarding his conduct. We were involved in a transaction of approximately R20 MILLION, and during the process we received proofs of payment which we believe were fraudulent/fake. Thankfully, the matter was identified before we suffered a financial loss. 🚨 PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. If you are dealing with this person or anyone representing him: • Do NOT rely on a proof of payment as confirmation that money has been paid. • Confirm directly with your bank that the funds have actually cleared and are available in your account. • Verify all banking details independently before releasing property, goods, documents or services. • Be especially cautious with large transactions or urgent requests for confirmation.
