Find all the data of the supposed company, NIT, address, print it *** and submit it, and send everything to that same number. I've been through this, and next time they send money by mistake to your Nequi, report it to the entity as suspicious and authorize the refund to whoever sent it, and that's it.

  It was fraud. Your identity or personal data was stolen. If you live in Colombia, place an alert with Datacrédito. You should also file a report with the prosecutor's office, bringing any evidence such as images or chats. They will handle everything with the financial institution if it is involved.
